We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our team. 
This is a permanent role based in Adelaide and reports to the Managing Director.Established in 2013, One Foods SA has been bringing some of the largest brands to the South Australian market. 
Our high level retail support and reputation has been second to none in the South Australian food industry. 
We are seeking a strong leader to lead our warehouse and logistics operations and participate in our continued growth.ResponsibilitiesSupervision and management of the warehouse team (Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Staff and Delivery Drivers). 
Possess warehouse manager level experience to effectively supervise and manage the warehouse team, including Warehouse Supervisors, Warehouse Staff and Delivery Drivers.Plan and execute supply arrangements to maintain sufficient stock levels and prevent overstocking to protect the company's cash flow.Monitor all warehouse activities in line with our quality system and maintain records for regulatory purposes.Interface between the warehouse team, administration manager and sales team to guarantee the highest customer satisfaction and DIFOT.Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimise distribution processes.Analyze distribution costs and identify areas for improvement to enhance profitability.Support a positive, collaborative culture focused on delivering the best outcomes for the business and customers.QualificationsRelevant tertiary qualification in commerce, supply chain or related field OR 5 years of work experience in a related field (required).
