EATS CALOUNDRA PTY LTD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cafe Manager to join our energetic team in our Kawana cafe. As the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bustling cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow. This is a full-time position based in our Kawana Shopping World location.

• Manage all café operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial reporting
• Provide strong leadership and mentoring to the café team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Develop and implement efficient systems and procedures to optimise café performance
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Implement and manage strategic systems to help improve business efficiency and productivity

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a café or restaurant operations management role
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
• Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting
• Thorough understanding of food safety and health regulations
• Proven experience in implementing operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives

Pay: $73,500.00 - $77,500.00 per year
