To learn more about Master Builders Solutions, please visit our website:**Responsibilities**:Reporting to the Eastern States Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our products and services, managing key accounts, and supporting clients with technical solutions across the mining and tunnelling industries.You'll work both independently and collaboratively, engaging with internal stakeholders and external partners such as consulting engineers, decision-makers, and industry Responsibilities include:* Provide comprehensive sales support to key customers and industry stakeholders.* Deliver technical support and customer training (both theoretical and practical) on products and applications.* Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers among tunnelling and mining stakeholders..* Manage customer complaints and resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally.* Represent Master Builders Solutions at industry events, product trials, demonstrations, and trade shows.* Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to promote the full product range, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.* Collaborate regularly with customer service and technical support teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer requirements.* Actively seek opportunities to specify MBS admixture products such as fibres and water-proofers in projects with key customers, consultants, engineers, and contractors.**Requirements:*** Travel to regional Queensland locations as required* Outgoing personality with excellent relationship-building skills.* Strong practical sense and problem-solving abilities.* Dedication to customer service and building trust.* Construction Chemical/Concrete industry background advantageous but not essential.* Understanding of Construction industry/processes/technologies.* 5 + years sales experience* Knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage but not essential.* Ability to work closely with a supportive team and willingness to undergo training.* Positive outlook, good work ethic, and ability to build relationships.* Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.**Qualifications:*** University graduates keen on entering the workforce and launching a career in the construction industry are encouraged to apply.* Trades/Construction workers interested in transitioning into sales are also welcome.**Benefits:*** Full range of training and upskilling to ensure you are set up for success.* Fully maintained company vehicle, company provided phone and laptop.* Competitive compensation based on relevant experience and industry knowledge.* Opportunities for career growth and development within a rapidly growing organization.* Strong brand support and technical training to set you up for success.* Be part of a globally recognized leader driving innovation in construction materials.* Performance-based Incentives & rewards.Join Master Builders Solutions and become part of our successful team!
