About the role
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Bottleshop Attendant to join our team at the Roxburgh Park Hotel in Coolaroo, Victoria. This is a casual role with flexible hours, perfect for those looking to pick up some extra work. As our Bottleshop Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining our high standards in the bottleshop.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have valid Australian work rights.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and assisting customers in the bottleshop with their purchases
* Maintaining the stock, cleanliness and presentation of the bottleshop
* Accurately processing sales transactions and handling cash
* Adhering to all liquor licensing and responsible service of alcohol regulations
* Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer service, preferably in the hospitality or liquor industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service
* Strong numeracy skills and the ability to accurately handle cash and process transactions
* A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing a great customer experience
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
* A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or the ability to obtain one
