About You
To be successful, you will have at least 5 years of post-admission experience in areas such as business sales, commercial contracts, franchising, or leasing. A strong network and the confidence to manage client relationships independently will be highly regarded.
* Strong commercial law expertise (business sales, structuring, contracts, shareholder agreements, leases).
* Franchising experience desirable but not essential
* Experienced in drafting commercial contracts.
* Excellent communication and client service skills.
* Proficient in legal practice software and advanced Word skills, with the ability to adopt new technology efficiently.
* A collaborative approach and willingness to go the extra mile.
* Strong problem-solving skills with initiative to see matters through.
