**Your new company**
Our client, a not-for-profit organisation located on Adelaide’s city fringe, is dedicated to providing support and services to the community and are looking for an experienced and motivated accounts payable officer to join their finance team for a 4-week temp assignment.
**Your new role**
As an accounts payable officer, you will be responsible for:
- Processing invoices and payments
- Reconciling supplier accounts
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Resolving queries and issues
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar accounts payable role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
