Logistics Growth Strategist

This role is ideal for a skilled sales professional with logistics and supply chain expertise who can drive new business growth in the fast-paced logistics industry.


About the Opportunity

The Logistics Growth Strategist will be responsible for identifying and securing key logistics accounts, managing sales cycles from prospecting to onboarding, while collaborating with operations and service teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

* Win new business with key logistics clients to meet ambitious growth targets.
* Develop tailored sales plans and value-based proposals for each prospect, highlighting the benefits of our solutions.
* Ensure accurate onboarding, billing setup, and first-90-day service monitoring, fostering strong relationships with external stakeholders and maximising client share of wallet.


Requirements:

* Proven experience in logistics, transport or supply chain environments, with a strong understanding of commercial principles.
* Demonstrable history of successful new business development, including winning large-scale logistics contracts.
* Strong commercial acumen, solution-based selling skills, and excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
