Join Grace Fine Art in a key leadership role overseeing operations across our Sydney and Melbourne branches. We’re looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead teams, optimise workflows, and deliver outstanding service to our clients. Based in Mount Waverley VIC, with occasional travel to Sydney, in this full-time role you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of warehousing, storage and on-road transport services for Grace Fine Art in both cities.
About the Role
- Lead and manage warehouse, on-road and interstate staff.
- Oversee daily depot and warehouse workflow, scheduling and resource planning.
- Coordinate VIP, interstate and international projects.
- Manage labour usage in accordance with specific job requirements and understand how this impacts the P&L;, travel, equipment, materials and compliance audits.
- Complete occasional site visits to review location, access and project requirements.
- Foster a safe, efficient and customer-focused workplace.
About You
- Proven experience managing operational staff and logistics across multiple sites.
- Strong leadership, customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail and robust organisational skills.
- Financial and logistical acumen, with KPI-driven focus.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Committed to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to travel interstate on occasion.
