You'll get to work closely with clients in their home, supporting them to grow in confidence and independence.Our people are at the heart of everything we do.
Along with providing quality care, we work together to create positive, memorable experiences for our clients and their families.What your role will look like As Residential Supervisor, you will lead a team of staff providing person-centred care to support our clients with various aspects of their daily living.
You will manage all aspects around service delivery including resourcing, quality, risk management and budgeting.
Lead a vibrant team who celebrate the small joys that make a big difference to people's lives.
Enjoy the opportunity to grow your team, building a valuable skillset across physical health, as well as an appreciation of mental health, to support our clients.
You will interact with health professionals promoting our holistic model of care.

Your high levels of integrity and reliability will build trust with clients and colleagues.
Your positive contribution will be recognised and appreciated.You'll need a Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services or Aged Care and a minimum 4 years' relevant experience.
