* Provide friendly reception services for clients and staff at screening clinics.
* Book appointments in a busy call centre setting.
* Answer general enquiries and client requests according to established guidelines and policies.
* Maintain accurate medical records, including entering client information and symptoms into the electronic system.
* Process and coordinate digital radiographic images for reading by healthcare professionals.
* Prepare files for multi-disciplinary review meetings.
* Liaise with healthcare professionals on administrative matters.
* Organise file retrieval from archives as needed.
* Transcribe medical imaging reports from digital dictation software.
