As Marketing Manager you will drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and shape the brand across all touchpoints. You will lead a small, passionate team in a values-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Drive brand growth and customer acquisition across all channels.
Shape and protect the brand across every customer touchpoint.
Inspire alignment across marketing, sales, partnerships, membership, and customer experience.
Develop strategic partnerships to amplify brand visibility and expand reach.
Own content & influencer strategy – from concept through to outreach and partnerships.
Plan and execute weekly release communication strategies to keep loyal customers engaged and excited.
Lead CRM and email marketing – from strategy to execution and analysis.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team.
Translate ideas into actionable campaigns quickly.
Qualifications
Proven marketing experience with a track record of brand growth and customer acquisition.
Strong skills in CRM, email marketing, content creation, influencer and digital PR outreach.
Experience developing strategic partnerships to amplify reach.
Strategic thinker with a creative flair and a hands-on approach.
Comfortable leading and developing a small team.
Passionate about fashion, branding, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
