Key Responsibilities

* Conduct pre-employment medical assessments and ongoing workforce health evaluations to ensure a healthy and productive work environment.
* Perform fitness-for-duty and return-to-work medicals to support safe and efficient operations.
* Provide expert guidance on injury management and rehabilitation to promote optimal employee well-being.
* Develop and implement health surveillance programs for employees across various sectors, including mining, manufacturing, and trade.
* Undertake independent medical examinations (IMEs) to inform clinical and workplace decisions.


About You

* Hold current registration with AHPRA.
* Possess fellowship in Occupational & Environmental Medicine (FAFOEM) or equivalent experience in occupational medicine.
* Be able to work independently within a corporate health setting, utilizing your expertise to drive business outcomes.
