Requirements:
* Passion for retail, exceptional service, and personal style
* Proven experience in managing a retail or hospitality business
* Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
* Experience in managing large teams, performance, productivity, and training
* Operational excellence, stock control, and visual merchandising skills
* Strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
