Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you'll be the go-to expert for our customers across the Southwest region. Based out of our Bunbury branch, this full‐time, permanent role is all about diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Caterpillar equipment, and providing high quality warranty support.

What You'll Do
* Attending customer sites and diagnosing equipment faults
* Performing repairs, maintenance, and servicing on mining and marine equipment
* Managing work orders and warranty support
* Driving Product Improvement Plans and Support Programs
* Safety focused while helping our customers meet their reliability targets
Skills and Experience
* An Australian-recognised Heavy Mobile Plant Trade Certificate
* A valid Australian driver's license (LR minimum)
* High Risk Work Licenses (LF, DG, WP, WAH)
* Refrigerant Handling License - Desirable
* Diagnostic experience utilising CAT SIS & CAT ET
Roster Options
* 9 Days On, 5 Days Off 10.5hrs (Inclusive of 30 minute unpaid meal break)
* 10 Days On, 4 Days Off 10.5hrs (Inclusive of 30 minute unpaid meal break)
