This is a site-based role suited to a hands-on supervisor with strong leadership capability and a background in roadworks and civil infrastructure. You will play a key role in driving safety, quality, and productivity on site while coordinating crews, plant, and subcontractors.
The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising day-to-day construction activities across roadworks and civil infrastructure scopes
* Coordinating site crews, plant, and subcontractors to meet program and productivity targets
* Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and project requirements
* Leading site safety, including toolbox talks, pre-starts, and compliance with WHS standards
* Monitoring quality and ensuring works meet ITP and hold-point requirements
* Liaising with engineers, foremen, and project stakeholders to resolve site issues
* Supporting delivery of works in line with cost, time, and quality objectives
About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on roads and infrastructure projects
* Strong background in bulk earthworks, pavements, drainage, and services
* Ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors effectively
* Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
* Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance
* Relevant trade qualification or civil construction background preferred
