About the Role As a leading educator in special education, you will improve educational outcomes of all students, with a focus on supporting those with disabilities. You will lead the development of high-quality teaching and learning practices that meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring inclusive and equitable access to education.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Principal to lead the school community through the implementation of the special education program (SEP) or early childhood development program (ECDP).
* Deputise for the Principal when required, upholding the deputy principalship as a values-based, ethical and moral activity.
* Embed socially just practices in daily school life, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
