Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Support Officer to join our Property department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in the purchase, sale, lease and management of land owned, controlled or managed by Homes Victoria. This includes completing administrative tasks, managing meetings, preparing weekly and monthly reports, and assisting the Manager with adhoc tasks.
We are looking for someone who has excellent project management skills, is able to demonstrate a good understanding of residential tenancies act, Victorian government land transaction policy, and general property law. The ideal candidate will also have experience in research, preparation and execution of reports and briefings and/or technical specifications for property projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives
* Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports, ministerial briefs, record keeping of meetings and town planning submissions
* Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach
