About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative – Landscape Sales, you’ll be part of a supportive team dedicated to delivering a seamless customer experience. You’ll work closely with landscape professionals, helping them select plants, answering queries, preparing quotes and ensuring their orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being outdoors among the plants as much as being on the phone or email supporting customers.
What You’ll Do
* Support landscape customers with enquiries and orders
* Prepare quotes and enter sales orders accurately
* Tour the nursery with customers to help select stock
* Stay across stock levels, pricing, plant info, and tradelist updates
* Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person .
* Maintain accurate customer records in CRM .
* Participate in sales and marketing activities such as meetings, trade shows, and events.
Who We’re Looking For

* Passionate about plants and horticulture
* Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers
* A natural problem-solver
* Organised, accurate, and great at follow‑through
* Comfortable in a busy environment with changing priorities
* Happy to work both hands‑on in the nursery and at a desk
* Experienced in customer service (horticulture or landscape‑related experience highly valued)

Pay: $30.00 – $38.00 per hour
