If you have experience in construction and maintenance of Sealed Roads, Seal Application, Asphalt Application and Plant Operation.

As part of the Works team, the Road Worker – Sealed Roads is responsible for undertaking a range of civil construction and infrastructure maintenance works across the Shire.
The successful candidate will have accreditations and experience relating to general road maintenance or civil construction, the ability to use heavy equipment, and be able to work effectively and safely as part of a team.
The role
Working from Councils Castlemaine depot, the key responsibilities undertaken by the Road Worker – Sealed Roads include:
Safe and efficient operation of a range of plant associated with sealed roads maintenance and construction activities.
Proven experience in different seal applications and maintenance practices associated with sealed roads.
Maintaining quality standards, and obtaining good quality outcomes for the works being performed
Undertaking a daily vehicle safety check prior to each day's work
