**Job Profile Summary**
- Grade G - Responsible for managing a team to support the delivery of a wide range of business activities, supporting the development and delivery of the relevant strategy, plans and performance, advancing the agenda by working closely with the Functions, providing business oversight and operational assurance, and ensuring that standards, policies and procedures are fit for purpose and working effectively.

**Job Advert**
- We are now seeking a Cash & Credit Manager to develop and execute the strategic agenda of the credit services and account receivables function at bp. This role is a senior leader role within the ANZ bp Global Business Service organisation reporting directly into the Senior Manager bp Operations and is considered a key contributor to our operations.**About the Role**:

- Manage the Credit Services and Accounts Receivables team to ensure performance across SLA's.
- Undertake industry reviews and communicate research findings, trends, risks and recommendations to the business.
- Ensure policies, controls, reporting and procedures are established and compliant.
- Manage key stakeholders within the business at all levels and relevant external firms.
- Collaborate with off-shore teams to support an integrated team approach to activities.
- People leadership skills and ability to provide development and coaching to the team.
- Act as point of escalation to the team.

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualification in Credit, Finance, Commercial Business or Law.
- Membership of the Australian Institute of Credit Management desirable.
- Leadership experience and proven track record in leading strong teams
- Strong commercial mindset, capable of innovative thinking and ability to engage at senior levels in the organization.
- Ability to lead through change and build a change savvy culture.
