This role will support multiple stores across Western Australia, including Cockburn, Bunbury and Mandurah, ensuring visual merchandising standards are executed consistently and effectively.

The Role
As the Field Visual Merchandiser, you will play a key role in bringing brand standards to life across multiple store locations. You'll work closely with store leadership teams to deliver engaging in-store presentations that drive customer experience and sales performance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining high visual merchandising standards across multiple stores
* Partnering with store teams to deliver engaging and commercial displays
* Coaching and training teams on VM guidelines and best practice execution
* Monitoring sales trends to support strong commercial merchandising decisions
* Building strong relationships with store leadership teams
* Planning and managing your time effectively across multiple locations
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a Visual Merchandiser or Field/Area VM role
* Strong creative flair with excellent attention to detail
* Confidence interpreting and implementing VM guidelines
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Self-motivated with strong organisation and time management
* Ability to travel between store locations
* Current driver's licence required
* Availability to work part-time (4 days / 30-32 hours per week)
* Full Australian working rights
