The Online Department is responsible for selecting and packing online orders in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers. These orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect / concierge service or delivered to our customers in our vans.
As the leader of this department, you will have full accountability for the day-to-day running of operations. You will take pride in contributing to a customer experience that is welcoming and inspiring for our customers, team members and community.
