* Develop a comprehensive understanding of evidence-based frameworks such as CARE and TCI to inform therapeutic care planning.

* Ensure consistent quality therapeutic care is delivered to children and young people through effective assessment and intervention strategies.

* Provide expert guidance during the development of therapeutic care plans and crisis management plans to ensure timely and effective interventions.

* Promote innovative multidisciplinary responses to individual needs through collaborative practice.

* Lead reflective practice processes and provide consultation to front-line staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

* Tertiary qualifications in allied health professions such as Psychology, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work.

* Current registration with relevant professional bodies.

* Valid VIC driver's license.

* Experience working in therapeutic care settings or clinical environments.

* Significant experience using evidence-based assessment tools with trauma-informed practices.
