At eHealth Queensland, we're looking for a motivated Training Officer to play a vital role in the successful rollout of major digital health programs across the state.
The role:
As a Training Officer, you will take centre stage in understanding training needs, developing engaging learning materials and user guides, and delivering high-quality training sessions that support the implementation of large-scale IM/ICT projects. Your mission? Equip end users with the skills and confidence they need to embrace new systems and technology.
Key responsibilities:
* Coordinate and provide education and training to support the implementation needs of large scale IM/ICT program/project(s).
* Ensure the required learning outcomes of specified training meets the needs of end users.
* Assist with the development and provision of all learning activities, including the design, creation, packaging and maintenance of materials and resources for use in education and training.
* Support the development of the content and structure of training and education initiatives to meet the implementation needs of program/project(s).
* Facilitate the successful transfer of business and/or technical skills and knowledge to promote the successful adoption of change within the business.
* Maintains relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders, to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and support change.

* Experience in developing, delivering, and evaluating training for large-scale IM/ICT projects
* A creative approach to instructional design and an eye for detail developing training materials and user documentation
* Confident delivery of classroom-based training using a variety of instructional techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you're someone who can build trust, influence, and work collaboratively across teams.
* Experience with digital health applications including but not limited to ieMR would be an advantage
