About the role
Fernwood Fitness Ballarat is seeking a talented and dedicated part-time Endermologie Beauty/Massage therapist to join our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Endermologie treatments and associated wellness and recovery services to our valued members, contributing to their overall health and wellness journey.
What you'll be doing
1. Delivering high-quality endermologie and massage treatments to members, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
2. Maintaining detailed client records and treatment plans to track progress and personalise the service.
3. Providing expert advice and guidance to members on the benefits of endermologie and massage therapy.
4. Ensuring the treatment rooms and equipment are well-maintained and sanitised to the highest standards.
5. Liaising with the wider health and wellness team to deliver a seamless, integrated service.
6. Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques.
What we're looking for
1. Qualifications in Beauty Therapy or a related field, with specific training and experience in endermologie and massage techniques.
2. Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for enhancing the well-being of our members.
3. You are competent, confident and believe in the benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle and delivering consistent results; therefore, you are recognised and rewarded for your achievements.
4. Strong time management and organisational abilities to juggle multiple clients and treatments.
5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
6. The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the health club.
7. Valid Australian work rights and eligibility to work in Australia
