We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and engage high-potential prospects using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and insights from the lead generation team.
* Collaborate with partners to develop strategic account plans and showcase Optus' value effectively.
* Translate technical solutions and capabilities into business value, helping mid-market customers make informed investment decisions.
* Ensure smooth handovers to account managers and other internal collaborators, fostering trust and continuity from initial interaction to sustained commitment.
Requirements:
* 10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with a proven track record in complex solution selling and partner co-selling.
* Demonstrable telco industry experience is essential.
* Proficient knowledge of ICT solutions (mobile, fixed, cloud, data) and mid-market customer requirements.
* Skilled in identifying customer needs and positioning complex ICT and whole-of-business solutions.
