We are currently looking for a Casual Receptionist / All Rounder to join our friendly team.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful applicant must possess:
* At least 1 year of work experience in a reception role
* Experience in the holiday park/hotel/hospitality industry in a similar role (preferred)
* Reservation System Experience (EG: RMS preferable, although training will be provided for the successful applicant)
* Customer Service Experience
* Be able to work unsupervised, and as part of a team.
* High level of communication and written skills
* Cash handling experience
* Broad level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent personal presentation with a friendly disposition
* Have a willingness to carry out various tasks as required.
* This role is primarily a receptionist position, with the flexibility to assist with housekeeping duties as needed. Previous experience as a housekeeper is an added bonus
The rate of pay for this role is based on the Hospitality General Award.
