We are currently seeking a Trade Qualified Panel Beater
Skilled and experienced qualified Panel Beater to join our team. As a Panel Beater at Coastline Panel & Paint Max Auto Smash Repairs you will play a crucial role in maintaining and restoring the appearance of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for delivering high-quality work, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Disassemble vehicle as per Job Sheet.
* Repair vehicle as per the Repair Method, OEM standards and in accordance with Estimate and Job Sheet.
* Reassemble vehicle.
* Handle all vehicles with due care and attention
* Repair and replace damaged vehicle panels using appropriate tools and equipment
* Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and manufacturer specifications
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve efficient workflow
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
* Tradesperson - must be trade qualified
* Proven experience as a Panel Beater
* Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and materials
* Proficient in using a variety of tools and equipment related to panel beating
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
* Effective communication and customer service skills
Wage subject to negotiation apon interview based on experience and references
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
