This market leading organisation based in Bayswater is actively looking for an experienced full function AR/Credit Officer to join their supportive, close-knit team on a full-time permanent basis.
Reporting to the Group Accountant, your key responsibilities include:
- End to end accounts receivable function including credit control
- Setting up new accounts, credit checks and credit limits
- Follow up any overdue customer accounts
- Manage customer refund/credit/rebate process
- Processing and reconciling daily incoming payments and cash allocations for multiple methods of payments
- Account reconciliation reports
- Manage customer claims
- Work with a third-party collections provider for accounts that fall into default
- Establish a strong relationship with customers and key stakeholders and resolve any queries
- Backup support to AP
To be considered for this role, you will have experience in a similar position, ideally working with Major Accounts. In addition, you need to have strong knowledge of debt collection rules, processes, and procedures. You must possess exceptional written and communication skills as stakeholder management is essential for this exciting opportunity. You will have sound intermediate Excel skills working with pivot tables and Vlook ups.
