What's the role?
We're looking for a commercially minded Finance Analyst to support the Client Partnerships division by delivering high-quality financial reporting, planning and analysis. Reporting to the Head of Finance, Client Partnerships, this role plays a key part in providing clear financial insight that helps the business make informed decisions about performance, investment and future growth.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you'll help drive financial discipline, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure the division is aligned with broader strategic objectives to support long-term profitability.
Responsibilities
* Partner with key stakeholders to provide financial insight that supports strong commercial decision-making.
* Prepare and manage monthly financial results, budgets and quarterly forecasts.
* Deliver clear, accurate and insightful reporting across financial and non-financial performance.
* Analyse performance trends and explain variances between actual results, budgets and forecasts.
* Monitor financial performance to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improved budget management.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and business outcomes.
Who are you?
* CA or CPA qualified.
* 3+ years' experience in financial planning, analysis or a similar finance partnering role.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience with revenue and cost management.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
* Proactive, resilient and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
