Job Title: Veterinary Customer Care
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team.
* Greet and welcome clients with warmth, empathy, and a genuine love for animals.
* Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
* Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
* Coordinate and manage the flow of clients and patients, ensuring smooth and efficient procedures.
* Collaborate closely with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
* Assist with administrative tasks, including record-keeping, invoicing, and managing client information in our computer system.
