As our Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and top-notch service.
Your role will be crucial in maintaining Keystar's reputation as the most customer-centric automotive retailer in Morayfield.
Key Responsibilities:
Warm Greetings:Welcome customers, guests, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Showroom Presentation:Maintain a well-presented showroom and display stock.
Diary Management:Assist with Sales Consultant diary management, including lead allocation and follow-up coordination.
Administrative Support:Provide essential administrative support to the sales team.
Customer Needs:Identify and address customers' initial needs promptly and efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
Customer Service Excellence:Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills:Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
