Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, for an Ecommerce Manager - China. The Ecommerce Manager will drive e-commerce strategies and oversee operations to ensure high-performance online sales in the Chinese market. Responsibilities include managing e-commerce platforms, analyzing performance metrics, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, driving sales and marketing initiatives, and managing distributor and sales engagements. The role will also involve market research and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and distributors effectively.
Proficiency in E-Commerce operations and platform management, including website optimization and online sales.
Knowledge of Marketing and Sales strategies with an understanding of driving consumer engagement and brand growth in the Chinese market.
Experience with navigating supply chains, logistics, and regulatory requirements in China or other Asian markets is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
