The Position:Within this role, you will manage your own portfolio of approximately 180 properties, including assistance from the Administration team.General maintenance, arrears, routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections.Compliance and legal adherence: Promote industry regulations, legalrequirements, and best practices, ensuring full compliance in all property management and leasing activities.Working a 5 day week and 1 in 3 SaturdaysThe Ideal Candidate:A current Victorian Agents RepresentativeExperience in Property ManagementKnowledge of the Residential Tenancies ActStable employment displayed on CVExperience using Property Me however very easy to learn if you have never used this programme and you will be trained
Qualifications:Must hold Agent's Rep Certificate or equivalent.Minimum 12 months experience in property management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.The desire to learn and grow.The ability to work proactively and independently.
