Based in the Northern Suburbs this is agreat opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step in their career from Assistant to Property Manager!
The Position:
- Within this role, you will manage your own portfolio of approximately 180 properties, including assistance from the Administration team.
- General maintenance, arrears, routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections.
- Compliance and legal adherence: Promote industry regulations, legalrequirements, and best practices, ensuring full compliance in all property management and leasing activities.
- Working a 5 day week and 1 in 3 Saturdays
The Ideal Candidate:
A current Victorian Agents Representative
- Experience in Property Management
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Stable employment displayed on CV
- Experience using Property Me however very easy to learn if you have never used this programme and you will be trained!
Qualifications:
- Must hold Agent’s Rep Certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 months experience in property management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build robust relationships.
- The desire to learn and grow.
- The ability to work proactively and independently.
