Boeing Defence Australia are seeking an Aviation Technical Training Specialist to provide Avionics courseware development, and delivery of instructional activities at RAAF Base Edinburgh, SA.
Responsibilities
* P-8A Avionics Maintenance courseware delivery for ongoing sustainment activities and train the trainer coach/mentoring tasks for emerging P-8A fleet support.
* Analysing P-8A technical requirements in the design and development of new maintenance training solutions, working collaboratively with our P-8A Enterprise stakeholders.
* Ensuring P-8A courseware and curriculum meets Boeing Defence Australia training policy, Defence Learning requirements, and DASA mandated licensing and authorisation outcomes.
* Conducting learning review and continuous improvement tasks, ensuring accuracy and relevance of courseware.

* Electronic Warfare Systems
* Acoustic Warfare Systems
* P-8A – Unique Mission and Avionics Systems
* Experience operating within and interpreting DASR 145, 147 and 66 Maintenance, Training and Licensing requirements

Essential Requirements
* MEA40618 Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics).
* P-8A or B737NG Type Certification with a B2 MAML or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years of Avionics Maintenance experience.
* Minimum NV1 Security Clearance.
