The role
The Client Services Manager holds accountability for the effective delivery of Supported Independent Living services (SIL), including intake, governance, workforce management and business support coordination.
The ideal candidate
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Sciences, Business or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
* Minimum 5–7 years managing complex disability services, with preference for experience within Supported Independent Living environment.
* Strong working knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, behaviour support frameworks, restrictive practice governance and SIL funding models and utilisation management.
* Demonstrated ability to lead across multi-site residential services, with a focus on team performance and accountability.
