Join a growing Dispute Resolution team within a national firm that advises major government clients on complex and high stakes matters. You'll work closely with a supportive group of senior lawyers on a diverse range of disputes, regulatory actions, and government focused litigation. This is an excellent role for a lawyer in their early career who wants exposure to significant, high impact work while being mentored by experienced practitioners.
What You'll Be Working On
You'll contribute to a broad mix of dispute and advisory matters, including:
• Government litigation and regulatory disputes
• Class actions and complex civil litigation
• Commercial disputes across construction, infrastructure, IT and major projects
• Merits and judicial review matters
• Investigations, royal commissions and parliamentary inquiries
• Negotiations, mediations and arbitration
• Advisory work for high profile public sector clients
This is a varied practice offering both courtroom exposure and high level strategic advisory work.

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
• 1+ years PAE, ideally with experience in government litigation, disputes or inquiries
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail
• A proactive, self driven approach
• Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• The ability to hold, or eligibility to obtain, an AGSVA security clearance
