What’s the Opportunity? Through three rotations, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across the full lifecycle of a data centre: Customer Design & Innovation Contribute to early‑stage design and technical reviews for next‑generation, sustainable data centres. Support the development of innovative engineering and product solutions that meet customer and efficiency goals. Capture lessons learned and help refine AirTrunk’s design standards as concepts move into implementation. Development Team Support commissioning, engineering design and construction activities across major infrastructure projects. Assist with testing, validation, and value‑engineering to ensure robust, scalable delivery. Learn how we manage key suppliers and uphold safety and quality standards from design through to handover. Operations Team Help drive day‑to‑day operational excellence across a hyperscale data centre campus. Support vendor coordination, reporting and problem‑solving to maintain high delivery standards. Gain exposure across service delivery, technical operations and operational advancements, contributing to efficiency and continuous improvement. After successfully completing the program, candidates will have the opportunity to explore long-term roles across AirTrunk. You’ll work with industry experts, be supported by mentors, and join a peer cohort tackling the big challenges that shape our digital future.
