About The Role
We're seeking an experienced Mechanical Planner for a 3 month contract based in Kwinana. This role will support maintenance planning activities across process plant equipment, with a focus on building structured, execution-ready work plans using SAP S/4HANA Cloud public system. Working Monday to Friday, 8 hour days, you'll support maintenance teams by preparing work orders, coordinating resources and ensuring planned work is ready for safe and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain mechanical maintenance plans
* Build and update work orders in SAP S/4HANA Cloud public system
* Prepare job plans and support execution-ready maintenance work
* Coordinate labour, materials and resource requirements
* Support maintenance activities across process plant equipment, including pumps
* Work closely with maintenance, operations and site teams
* Maintain disciplined work management and planning practices
About You
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Planner
* Process plant maintenance experience
* Experience with pumps and related plant equipment
* SAP experience, ideally within SAP S/4HANA Cloud public system
* Strong planning, coordination and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively with maintenance and operations teams
* Must have the right to work in Australia
