Latrobe Regional Health is looking for General Manager Women's & Children's to join our growing team on a full-time (1.0EFT) basis.
The General Manager Women's & Children's is responsible for leading, overseeing, and advancing the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care across Women's & Children's services at LRH. The role provides strategic and operational leadership, ensures alignment with organisational goals, and supports excellence in maternity, birthing, paediatric and associated services.

The role of the General Manager Women's & Children's is:
* Lead safe, high-quality, person-centred care delivery across Women's & Children's services.
* Enhance leadership, governance, and operational management of maternity, birthing, and paediatric services.
* Collaborate with ANMF and stakeholders to support and strengthen midwifery and paediatric practices.
* Oversee service performance, budgets, planning, and development of projects aligned to strategic priorities.
* Provide expert advice to executives and managers on Women's & Children's service issues and performance indicators.
* Lead quality, safety, and risk management processes, ensuring compliance with NSQHS and organisational governance.
About you
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
* Holds current registration as Registered Nurse or Midwife with AHPRA with post graduate qualifications in health administration or management desirable.
* Demonstrated experience in Paediatrics or Midwifery in a leadership position.
* Integrity, strong communication skills, and the ability to foster effective teamwork and collaboration.
* Experienced in senior leadership, managing teams, budgets, and driving service performance across multiple areas.
* Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including the ability to build productive relationships, manage multiple high-level stakeholders, and navigate health-care partnerships.
