About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join our parts team. This role involves working in one of South Australia's larger truck and bus parts departments, providing parts interpretation, sales, and solutions to workshop and customer inquiries. You will be the first point of contact for customers both in person and over the phone.
About You
You should have prior experience in parts interpreting, from any industry involving interpreting inquiries and supply. You should understand how a parts department operates, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Ideally, You Will Have:
* Parts interpreter experience; relevant industry experience is highly regarded.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Computer literacy.
* Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
* Forklift license (preferred but not essential).
* A friendly and positive attitude.
