The Role:
Responsible for asset management in support of an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract
Manage assets across a complex portfolio of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment for a high-profile contract
Deliver asset management reporting, ensure compliance, oversee routine/reactive maintenance, and develop lifecycle plans
The Duties:
Improve asset performance and risk management
Review asset registers
Prepare asset management reports
Ensure compliance and governance
Address non-compliant items
Manage variations related to assets, PPM, and locations
Regularly review maintenance activities
Conduct asset data audit programs
The Ideal Profile:
Strong experience in Asset Management and Lifecycle Planning
Trade or tertiary qualification in Engineering, Asset Management, Building, Construction, or relevant field
Understanding of ISO55001 is preferred
Professional, engaging manner with high customer service standards
Proficient in CMMs, MS Word, and Excel
