Job Title: Pharmaceutical Service Leader
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pharmacist to join our Stroke and Neurology teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping high-quality, patient-centred pharmacy services.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of your service, exercising advanced clinical judgement to deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care. Your expertise will support the safe, cost-effective and evidence-based use of medicines, while ensuring all practice aligns with hospital policies, professional standards and legislative requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
* Postgraduate training in Clinical Pharmacy or related field
* Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a Stroke/Neurology setting
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
