Skills & Experience
* Delivered exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking accurate orders, and providing tailored recommendations.
* Previous experience in preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, and specialty drinks, following hotel standards.
* Skilled in operating and maintaining espresso machines and grinders, ensuring cleanliness and optimal performance.
* Maintained quality control by monitoring brewing time, water temperature, and milk steaming for consistent flavour and presentation.
* Managed inventory of coffee beans and supplies, while adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols in a fast‐paced environment.
* NZQA‐certified Barista with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; capable of standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items.
