The role of the Key Account Executive is to support the growth of our retail partnerships by driving execution across existing and emerging accounts. You will work closely with the National Account Manager to develop and deliver joint business plans with key retail partners.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the National Account Manager in developing and delivering joint business plans with key retail partners
* Building and maintaining strong external relationships with retail partners, ensuring proactive communication and collaborative problem solving
* Conducting commercial analysis and preparing sales forecasts to support account planning and decision making

* Commercial acumen and experience in sales support or coordination
* Strong Excel skills and confidence in working with data
* Proactive communication skills and ability to build internal and external relationships

Job Requirements
• 2+ years' experience in sales support or coordination
• Commercial acumen and experience in FMCG Grocery, beauty, or retail background
• Strong Excel skills and confidence in working with data
• Proactive communication skills and ability to build internal and external relationships
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with great attention to detail
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Netsuite) is desirable but not essential
