- **Hourly Rate**: $38 + Super
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide confidential administrative support to the Director, including document preparation, formatting, and editing for presentations and deliverables.
- Coordinate team documents and liaise with key stakeholders.
- Manage the Director's schedule, meetings, and inbox.
- Facilitate incoming and outgoing communication and handle newsletter announcements.
- Collaborate with relevant service providers and maintain regular follow-ups on various matters.
- Administer databases and registers, including data input and report generation.
- Address conflict of interest and gift declaration queries based on the Director's guidance.
- Perform general administration tasks such as credit card reconciliation, purchase orders, payments, and intranet updates.
**Key Requirements**:
- Two years of administration experience, specifically in tasks like meeting scheduling, report generation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Positive attitude, effective communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
- Reliability, diligence, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
- Robust time and workload management skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
