You’ll collaborate with distribution partners, product teams, and fellow underwriters to drive growth, innovation, and underwriting excellence, while supporting strategic initiatives and the evolution of our underwriting frameworks in a digital-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Underwrite and analyse renewal and new business opportunities within delegated authority levels.
- Collaborate with brokers and internal teams to deliver tailored motor insurance solutions.
- Leverage data insights and digital tools to inform pricing, coverage decisions, and risk assessments.
- Partner across Claims, Distribution, and other underwriting lines to support multi-line opportunities.
- Contribute to underwriting innovation by sharing insights and supporting proposition development.
Qualifications
- Some underwriting experience, preferable motor underwriting, or someone who has experience in motor claims or as a broker.
- Understanding of underwriting systems, digital platforms, and data analytics.
- Skilled in risk assessment using both traditional and digital methodologies.
- Effective communicator and collaborator with internal teams and external partners.
