The Manager Waste Programs is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient waste management operations across complex and high-risk sites. This role is critical in maintaining regulatory compliance, driving operational excellence, and supporting team performance in a challenging environment.

We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in waste management or environmental programs and a thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks. You will have demonstrated success in managing complex operations and high-risk environments, coupled with exceptional analytical skills to review technical reports and provide clear, actionable recommendations. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities are essential, as is the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on waste management practices and ensure safe, compliant operations across diverse sites.
