About The Role
Looking for a long-term, site-based planning role where your experience is valued – regardless of your discipline background? We’re recruiting on behalf of a major industry client in the Hunter Valley for a Maintenance Planner to support long term planning initiaves.
Whether you’ve come from fixed plant, HME, CHPP, heavy vehicles, or infrastructure, your planning capability is what counts here. This role is Monday to Friday (5:2) on site, with potential flexibility for 1 remote day once you’re established.

What you’ll do: Key responsibilities…
* Plan and schedule daily and weekly maintenance activities
* Create, update, and close out SAP work orders
* Collaborate with supervisors and trades to align maintenance priorities
* Coordinate labour and parts availability with relevant teams
* Support shutdown and major maintenance events when required
* Assist with reviewing task lists and refining job plans
* Contribute to overall planning team deliverables and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for: About you…
* Experienced Maintenance Planner – background can be fixed plant, HME, CHPP, LV, or infrastructure
* Proficient in SAP for work management (task lists/master data familiarity helpful, not essential)
* Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
* Must have the right to work in Australia
