We are excited to offer a new opening for an experienced Service Executive within our Perth office. This role will be responsible for completing various client service support tasks, supporting your managers & colleagues and servicing groups of high-profile clients nationally.
We are looking for people with general insurance experience who have a passion for client service, an interest in developing their insurance careers and working in a collaborative team.

**What the day will look like**
- Prioritising your workload and receiving daily task requests from managers & colleagues
- Interact with various teams across the broader organisation daily to receive information on client insurance / risk needs
- Interact with Insurers and external stakeholders to enhance client servicing
- Using initiative to obtain up to date information regarding all current client priorities and requirements
- Actively participate in insurance policy pre renewal, renewal and post renewal activities including; internal strategy meetings, drafting quotation and placing slips, and creating renewal reports
- Support clients and colleagues with additional daily administration activities
- Preparing, lodging and invoicing of policies in an accurate and timely manner
- Understanding client financials and assisting with credit control

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Client service, underwriting, claims or broking experience
- Experience across general insurance products
- You have exceptional communication skills - written & verbal
- Desire to develop skills and knowledge set through ongoing training
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Have attention to detail
- Use your initiative to plan and organise work priorities
